Mediation Services
NCDR provides mediation for disputes which may / may not be filed/pending at any court/forum. Disputes may be settled between the parties saving them from the litigation process within court. In event of a dispute, parties may wish to settle the same by referring the matter to NCDR for an amicable resolution. If the matter is pending adjudication before a court/forum, parties can request the presiding officer/judge to refer the case for mediation at NCDR. It is pertinent to note that for mediation to take place, consent of both parties is required. NCDR benefits from the services of accredited mediators, who are accomplished professionals in their respective fields, and are trained to international standards by foreign consultants.
Mediation Fee Structure for Local Clients:
The cost of Mediation is based on the value of the claim. For each party, it will be calculated as per the following schedule:
